Yes! The stems are made with flexible iron wire, so you can gently bend or trim them to your desired length.
📏 Q3: Can the stem be made longer?

Absolutely. The standard length is about 20 cm (8 inches). If you’d like a longer stem (e.g., 25 cm / 10 inches), just leave a note with your order.
🌿 Q4: Can these flowers be placed outdoors?

We recommend keeping them indoors. Please protect them from direct sunlight, moisture, rain, and high-traffic areas.
📐 Q5: What is the actual size of the flowers?

Each flower is completely handmade and one-of-a-kind, so sizes may vary slightly. Details may also appear larger in photos than in person. Please refer to the product description for exact measurements.

These glass flowers pair beautifully with a vase that’s 10–15 cm (4–6 inches) tall. A wider opening makes it easier to arrange a full, lovely bouquet.

Absolutely! Send us a clear reference photo of the flower you’d like. We’ll create a sample, send photos for your approval, confirm the price per stem, and then you can place your final order.
🚚 Q9: How long until my order ships?

All flowers are handmade to order.
Normal production time: 2–5 business days.
During busy seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas), it may take 1–2 weeks.
🌍 Q10: How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:
- US: 8–14 business days
- UK: 7–10 business days
⚠️ Q11: What if my flowers arrive damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the broken item. We will send a replacement or process a refund.
📦 Q12: How are the flowers packaged?

Each flower is carefully wrapped with soft padding and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
📌 Q13: Cancellation & Returns

All glass flowers are made to order, and production starts immediately after purchase.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of each piece, **we cannot accept returns or exchanges**.

If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, production will have begun and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Note: Each flower is sold **per stem**. If you’d like a bouquet, simply order multiple stems to create your own arrangement.
